To find your perfect hat size for your personalized bucket hat, use a soft tape measure or a piece of string (which can be measured afterwards). Place the measuring tape or string just above your ear, and across your forehead, wrapping round to the back of your head. Don't pull too tightly, leave the tape a little loose. If you find your size in the middle of our sizing brackets, go a size up.
These custom bucket hats allow maximum customization. Three pattern/fabric pieces for each reversible side (tip, side, brim) with the seams all at the center-back. Every inch of those pieces making up visible space on the fabric is customizable. There is edge-stitching along the top and bottom edge of the side panel and along the edges of the back seam, and 1cm wide stitched spiral running around the whole brim.
