Before we do anything, your print is automatically checked by our design system. This ensures that the photos that you have used are of a high enough quality and that everything will come out correctly during the printing process. Once your printed swim shorts go to print, our technicians will make sure your photo prints in high resolution.

The inks are printed directly onto the breathable waterproof fabric. We use eco-friendly inks, and printing methods that bond these deep into the fibers of the fabric, so you don't have any shiny surface where the print is, and if cared for correctly, your prints should last a lifetime. 

When your photo swim shorts are printed, one of our craftsmen will cut the material to the correct size and shape, which is then passed on to our expert seamstresses to sew together and produce your finished swim shorts. When everything is all finished, your swim shorts will be taken to our quality department, who make sure that everything is just right before it goes to shipping to be sent off to you. Once you design your own swim shorts, it only takes a day or two for us to handmake them.

There are so many amazing things that you can do when you design your own swim shorts, but as you can design the front and back of each of the right and left leg separately, we really love the idea of contrast or compliment.

Use a photo on one side and then choose a color that matches the design for the other leg. You could also use a completely contrasting color rather than a complimentary one to really make your own swim shorts eye-catching.

Another design we love is to have one enlarged photo on one side, and then a photo collage on the other. This is a whole new unique take on the contrast or compliment design but it works really well.
