Extremely high quality construction

Firstly, I want to say I am always skeptical about buying clothes online, especially custom products. This jacket was amazing, ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE better than I hoped. Here's what I got: Solid construction - the material is robust and the stitching/seams are VERY TOUGH. The zipper is RELIABLE AND TOUGH. Not flimsy, it is a nice, polished, smooth steel that is easily and smoothly closed, and stays shut. Zippers are important and this one is a 9/10. The WEBSITE'S sizing chart is extremely accurate. It fit exactly as the dimensions I set up on my end. The print quality was SUPERB. Everything came out BETTER than I had planned for. I admittedly submitted low resolution images (the paintings weren't done in HD in 1868 lol), but their production process absolutely ensured they did the best possible output. When I received the jacket and unfolded it, I GASPED. I immediately began designing a second coat which is being produced as I write out this particular review. Your item will not disappoint you. Believe me, these folks are not playing around.

Each fabric has a unique finish and quality, so choose the one that works best for your jacket. Not sure which fabric is best for you? See the description below and get to know your options. Design your personalized varsity jackets with either black, gray or white for the color of the ribbing and the zip tape, to better match your design. All three color options will be beautifully finished with an Italian, silver colored, polished metal zip. With no minimum orders and wholesale pricing options custom varsity jackets are printed all over, and handmade to the highest quality.

86°F wash. Dry flat. Do not tumble dry. Cool iron. Alternatively can be professionally dry cleaned.

Choose Your Fabric

Waterproof Outer / Quilted Lining

This water-resistant matte fabric has the classic bomber jacket look. Breathable waterproof outer with a warm quilted lining. Great for resisting the elements.

Satin Outer / Satin Lining

A stylish statement, luxurious shiny Duchess Satin. Choose this if you want your jacket to have a little razzle-dazzle.

Softshell Jersey / Satin Lining

This is a great way to mix fashion with function. The Softshell is an insulating jersey, which is thick and flexible. It prints beautifully and will make your designs stand out. The luxurious satin lining gives this fabric option a high-end edge. 

Marbled Velvet / Quilted Lining

For unrivaled shimmer and shine, opt for a stunning Marbled Velvet outer. This wonderful heavyweight fabric is strong and durable and beautifully lined with snuggly quilted jersey for a truly warm experience for chilly nights. 

Note: While you can choose the color of the zip tape on your custom varsity jackets, the zipper and zipper pull will be a silver Italian polished zipper.

Your custom varsity jackets are made to order by our amazing team of on-site specialists. Our printing technicians will infuse your design onto your chosen fabric combinations with an eco-friendly, long-lasting printing technique. Each panel of your personalized varsity jackets is then carefully cut to shape, in accordance with our exclusive pattern, and your chosen size. Ensuring that your print runs from edge to edge is of utmost importance to us so it is imperative that we do these first two steps specifically in that order. Our seamstresses will then stitch your jacket together to the highest quality before it is checked and shipped out to you.
