Our masks are designed to contour the face and consequently have a right and wrong way up. They have a higher bridge for your nose and a more rounded bottom to go under the chin. Each mask has a tag with an arrow up indicator pointing upwards to show the top. The tag should be on your left-hand side for an easy visual check before you put your mask on. If you prefer your mask without the label, this can easily be cut off.
Our products are all handmade, so always wash your face covering before use and avoid touching your face while wearing your mask for maximum protection.
To put on your printed face mask correctly, place it over your nose and mouth with clean hands, then pull the stretchy elastic straps over both ears. Adjust the fabric to ensure it completely covers your nose, mouth, and chin. Pinch the shape-forming nose bridge for a snug, comfortable fit.
To safely remove your face covering, unhook the straps from behind your ears and lift the mask off your face, taking care not to touch the front of your mask. Always wash your mask after use.
Always wash your masks after each use, for maximum protection. They come in packs of 2 or 4 so you will always have a clean one to hand. They’re machine washable (up to 140 degrees) but aren’t suitable for tumble drying. To bring them back into shape, grab the elastic tightly with one hand, and pull it through with the other hand. Pull the entire elastic, repeat 2-3 times if necessary.
Please note: these custom face masks are NOT medical grade masks (which are recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) as an infection preventative measure, i.e. grade FFP2/N95). So please DO NOT purchase custom printed face masks with the false understanding they will prevent infection from Coronavirus. They are more about protecting others to reduce spread. Due to the personal hygiene nature of the product, your custom face masks are non-returnable.

Available as a pack of two or four, in a comfortable, breathable fabric, we print your designs directly onto the fabric using a deep infusion printing technique which results in a long-lasting print that is fade-resistant. This means that you can machine wash your custom printed face mask time and time again. Once printed, your fashion mask is then cut to size and shape and stitched together by our expert seamstresses, with two looped pieces of elastic that you can hook over your ears.
As our face coverings are handmade to order, we recommend washing them upon delivery to maintain the highest standards of hygiene.

If you're stuck on which one design to choose, you're in luck! There are two or four masks per pack and each can be decorated differently. Please note, if you would like all masks to have the same pattern, you will still need to add the design to each mask in the design interface.
