Care instructions
Always test an offcut or sample prior to working the leather with tools, adhesives or heat. To ensure the leather print on your product is as durable as possible, we’ve worked hard refining our printing process and craftsmanship. As leather is a natural material you may notice small differences in surface and texture, as well as wrinkles, which is common to products made from natural leather. All leathers age naturally according to the usage, and this can cause the print to wrinkle or fade slightly over time. It is possible the base colour may show through the leather as it ages with wear. When not in use we recommend storing your product in a protective dust bag or box to keep your product looking its best. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, water, and chemical cleaners to maintain a bright and long-lasting print. Avoid contact with light coloured fabrics or upholstery as the colour may transfer. Whilst a light rain shower is unlikely to harm, we recommend protecting from rain. Should your product get wet, allow to dry naturally away from direct heat. To clean surface wipe only with a damp lint free cotton cloth.

We use modern digital printing techniques which have been specifically designed for printing on leather to ensure your photos are long-lasting. This method bonds your pictures to the leather itself, making the print as strong as the actual material. This means that your personalized leather clutch will last for years and years, through hundreds of cinema trips, thousands of coffee catch-ups and multiple dancefloor encounters.
Once printed, your material is then cut to size and shape, based on the pattern that our expert in-house bag designer has created. Our expert seamstresses will stitch it all together in your choice of thread color (charcoal, cream, red or blue) and finish your custom leather clutch with a zip, complete with a puller.
Our online design interface has many handy tools to help you design your personalized leather clutch exactly as you like. You can upload a single photo, or multiple images and make a collage. You can even upload a cutout of a face or logo, and use the pattern repeat tool to cover the whole print area with it.
A built-in text tool will help you add a name, initials or even a snappy slogan to your design, and you will get a choice of font and text size as well. Once you have created your photo design, you can preview your design to see exactly what your custom leather clutch will look like before confirming your order.
Since this is a handmade item, the leather can have a slightly wrinkled texture to it. This doesn't have any effect on the high quality of your clutch, and it is most apparent on dark solid colors. If this is a concern, we advise you to use lighter colors that have more detail in the design.
